Capital Trustees is an independent trust company that provides professional assistance in various capacities to mainly private customers.

The services we offer range from corporate administration, including accounting and tax consultancy aimed at both legal and natural persons, to more complex asset planning, which may imply the establishment and management of trusts and private foundations.

We support our customers, local and international, in the development of business and in the protection of heritage, finding concrete solutions to the challenges posed by an increasingly changing, articulated and interconnected international context.

Giuseppe has more than 30 years’ experience in the set-up, administration and management of complex international structures.

He started his career in a Big Four company in Milan. He spent more than 5 years in a renowned Italian holding company of a leading industrial group with senior executive appointments. Prior to joining Capital Trustees AG he served for more than 10 years as CEO of a single family office based in Switzerland.

He is member of the Association of International Accountant (AIA) and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He is also Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Giuseppe holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from University “L. Bocconi”, Milan (Italy).

Franco Giorcelli
Francesco Carlo Giorcelli

Francesco has more than 20 years’ experience in wealth planning, providing tax and legal advice to individuals and families on wealth structuring and estate planning for their personal and business assets.

His work experience started in Milan and then developed in boutique trust companies based in UK, Ireland, Malta and Switzerland where he acted as senior executive.

He is Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2010 and Board member of STEP Lugano Branch since 2012 where he served as Chairman from 2013 up to 2018.

Francesco holds a Bachelor Degree in Law from University of Milan and a Master in Tax Law from the Business School of The 24 ORE Group, a leading Italian multimedia publishing group.
